Download your PDFs from your comdirect PostBox
You’ll find the PDF files in your online PostBox.
You need the following PDF documents:
For buys & sells: “Wertpapierabrechnung Kauf/Verkauf” (trade confirmation for buys/sells)
For dividend payments: “Steuermitteilung WKN” (tax notification)
For some old securities transactions – “Zuteilung von Bonus/Gratisaktien” (allotment of bonus/free shares, 2009), “Abfindungsangebot” (compensation offer, before 2009), “Wertpapierverkauf” (securities sale, before 2009), exercise of warrants (before 2019) – you also need the Steuermitteilungen (tax notifications) instead of the Wertpapierabrechnungen (trade confirmations).
Info: For dividend payments, comdirect sends you 2 PDF documents: the “Steuermitteilung” (tax notification) and the “Ertragsgutschrift” or “Dividendengutschrift” (income or dividend credit note). Please import only the Steuermitteilung, because the Ertragsgutschrift contains incomplete information (e.g., no tax information). Since January 2026, the Ertragsgutschrift/Dividendengutschrift is no longer accepted as an import document.

After clicking “herunterladen” (download), you can download several PDF files at once.
You receive the documents as a ZIP folder. Unzip this folder. Then you can import the PDF documents into Parqet.
