maxblue (Deutsche Bank) PDF & CSV import

Written by Niklas Klamm

Our file import reads maxblue (Deutsche Bank) documents, for example for buys, sells and dividends. You import the PDF documents or the CSV file into Parqet via drag & drop.

There are currently two options: you can either download the individual transactions as PDF files (also as a bulk download in a zip archive) and import them into Parqet, or create a CSV export. Here’s a short guide for both options.

Option 1: File import via PDF file

Log in to maxblue (Deutsche Bank) online banking*. At the top of the website, you’ll find the inbox under “Nachrichten” (messages).

maxblue online banking: the “Nachrichten” (messages) inbox with a securities settlement note highlighted and its menu open at “Herunterladen” (download)

Here you can download the documents you need.

You can import the following PDF documents into Parqet:

  • Wertpapierabrechnung (securities settlement note)

  • Dividendengutschrift_Dividendenbelastung (dividend credit/debit)

  • Ertragsgutschrift_Ertragsbelastung (income credit/debit)

Alternative: bulk download of the PDFs as a zip archive

A bulk download is also possible here. If you like, you can first activate the filter for the category “Depot” (brokerage account).

You’ll then get a zip download with all PDF documents for your brokerage account.

It contains folders for individual years with all relevant PDF documents. You can now import the following PDF documents into Parqet: Wertpapierabrechnung, Dividendengutschrift_Dividendenbelastung and Ertragsgutschrift_Ertragsbelastung.

Option 2: File import via CSV file

After logging in to maxblue, you’re on the “Finanzübersicht” (financial overview) page, where you can click the brokerage account you want. Alternatively, go to the “Investieren” (invest) tab and click the brokerage account for the CSV export there. Under “Umsätze” (transactions), you can then view the transaction overview. It looks like this:

If you want to adjust the export period or only export certain transactions as CSV, click the filter icon on the left.

Here you can then define settings like these:

Next, click the three dots on the far right next to “Neue Order” (new order). A menu with “Als CSV exportieren” (export as CSV) appears. Here you can download the file.

You can now import this CSV file into Parqet.

Last step: file import into Parqet

Now drag and drop the file(s) into your Parqet portfolio.
