There are several ways to import your Scalable Capital* transactions into Parqet. Besides the manual file import, you can also use Autosync for Scalable Capital, on the web and in our mobile app (in German). We recommend importing via Autosync. If you don’t want to use it, you’ll find the ways to import files here.

File import for Scalable Capital

Option 1: PDF import via your Scalable Capital login

After logging in, you can see the details of your buys and sells in the “Transactions” menu.

Another click on the transaction then takes you to its overview, where you’ll also find the PDF file for your buy or sell.

Option 2: PDF import via your Baader Bank login

It can take a few days for the trade confirmation to appear in the Scalable Capital broker. An alternative way to get your Scalable Capital trade confirmations faster is to log in to your account at Baader Bank. You receive the login credentials for this when you open your brokerage account.

Here, use the menu to go to “Download”.

Then select the “Securities transactions” option with one click.

This gives you a quick way to save all the PDF documents you need. The “read” status (yes/no) also shows whether you’ve already downloaded a document. If you have a large number of savings plans and statements, this can be easier to keep track of here than directly at Scalable Capital.

Option 3: CSV import via your Scalable Capital login (Prime and Prime+ users only)

Scalable Capital provides a PDF file for every transaction. Prime and Prime+ users can also export a CSV file with their entire transaction history. You can download it here. Here’s how to find and import it:

  1. Log in to Scalable Capital and select the broker there

  2. In the “Transactions” tab, you’ll then find all PDF documents and the CSV export option (Prime/Prime+ only)

  1. If you’re a Prime or Prime+ customer, we recommend exporting the CSV file, because it includes information on taxes and fees.

  2. If you’re not a Prime or Prime+ customer, click the transaction. There you’ll find the PDF file and can save it.

Last step: Import the files into Parqet

Drag the downloaded file or files into your Parqet portfolio. You can also import several PDF files into Parqet at once.
