extraETF CSV import

Import the CSV file from your extraETF export into Parqet with the file import.

Written by Niklas Klamm

Parqet reads the CSV file exported from your extraETF portfolio and creates the activities.

How to download the documents

  1. Log in to extraETF.

  2. Select the portfolio and open the “Import/Export” tab. The export is on the far right. You need an extraETF subscription for the export.

  3. Under “Portfolio wählen” (select portfolio), choose “Gesamtportfolio” (total portfolio), and under “Export wählen” (select export), choose “Alle Transaktionen” (all transactions).

extraETF export view with “Gesamtportfolio” (total portfolio) and “Alle Transaktionen” (all transactions) selected and the “Herunterladen” (download) button

  4. Click “Herunterladen” (download) to save the CSV file.

How to import the documents

Drag and drop the CSV file into your Parqet portfolio.

Alternatively, click “Add activities” at the bottom right and select “File import (PDF/CSV)”.

Which documents are supported?

  • Buys and sells of securities (as buys and sells).

  • Distributions (as dividends).

  • Subscription rights and transfers in (as transfers in).

  • Transfers out (as transfers out).

Not imported: split rows, crypto activities, and rows with 0 shares. If the file contains another unknown type, for example “Vorabpauschale”, the import stops with an error. Delete this row and import the file again.

If a document isn’t recognized, send us 1–2 anonymized CSV files via our contact form (topic “Data Import: PDF/CSV/Manual”).
