DKB PDF import

Import DKB PDF statements into Parqet with the file import.

Written by Niklas Klamm

Parqet reads DKB buy, sell, and dividend statements as PDFs.

How to download the documents

  1. In your DKB “Postfach” (inbox), open the “Wertpapierdokumente” (securities documents) folder.

  2. Download the PDF file for each order. A buy order is named, for example, “Kauf - WKN … - Wertpapierabrechnung vom …” (buy – WKN … – trade confirmation dated …).

Example DKB PDF titled “Wertpapier Abrechnung Ausgabe Investmentfonds” (trade confirmation for a fund purchase), personal details redacted

  3. Download the dividend PDFs from the same folder. In the inbox, they’re called “Ertragsabrechnung” (income statement).

  4. Click “Speichern” (save) to download a document. You can also download several documents at once.

How to import the documents

  1. Drag and drop the file into your portfolio.

  2. Or click “Add activities” at the bottom right and select “File import (PDF/CSV)”.

Which documents are supported?

  • Trade confirmation for a buy or a fund purchase: buy.

  • Trade confirmation for a sell or a fund redemption: sell.

  • Dividend credit, fund distribution, distribution from a profit participation certificate, capital repayment, and interest credit: dividend.

  • Semi-annual savings plan statement: each buy in it becomes a buy.

  • Brokerage account transfer to another bank: transfer out.

  • Fund Vorabpauschale with tax withheld: tax on the holding.

  • Holdings statement with custody fees: custody fee as a fee on the cash holding. Parqet asks for the cash holding during the import.

Not imported: ex-ante cost simulations, information on costs and incidental costs, notices about a new version of the key information document, holdings statements without custody fees, and Vorabpauschale statements without tax withheld.

If a document isn’t recognized, send us 1–2 anonymized PDFs via our contact form (topic “Data Import: PDF/CSV/Manual”).
