flatex PDF import

Import the PDF statements from your flatex brokerage account into Parqet with the file import.

Written by Niklas Klamm

Parqet reads statements for buys, sells, and dividends from the PDF documents of your flatex brokerage account.

How to download the documents

  1. In your flatex brokerage account, open the “Post” (mail) section.

  2. Click “Dokumentenarchiv” (document archive).

  3. If needed, select a period to show older statements.

  4. Download the PDF statements you want to import.

How to import the documents

Drag and drop the PDF files into your Parqet portfolio.

Alternatively, click “Add activities” at the bottom right and select “File import (PDF/CSV)”.

Which documents are supported?

  • Trade confirmations for buys and sells (as buys and sells).

  • Collective statements for multiple buys and sells (as buys and sells).

  • Collective statements from savings plans (as buys).

  • Dividend credit notes and income notices for distributing funds (as dividends).

  • Income notices for accumulating funds: tax withheld (as taxes on the holding).

For dividends and for collective statements from savings plans, Parqet doesn’t import fees.

Not imported: order confirmations, savings plan setups, online banking documents, deemed sales of funds, and “Depotausgang” (outgoing securities) documents, for example when worthless securities are transferred out. Enter such transfers out manually.

If a document isn’t recognized, send us 1–2 anonymized PDFs via our contact form (topic “Data Import: PDF/CSV/Manual”).
