Parqet reads Consorsbank PDF documents and imports buys, sells, dividends, and transfers in and out as activities.
For Consorsbank, there’s also Consorsbank Autosync in the Parqet mobile app.
How to download the documents
Open the Consorsbank website in your browser and log in.
Click “Mein Konto & Depot” (my account & brokerage account) and then “OnlineArchiv” (online archive).
Select “Orderabrechnungen” (order statements) as the document type and click “Suchen” (search).
Select all files and click “Speichern” (save).
This is what an order statement looks like:
How to import the documents
Drag and drop the PDF files into your Parqet portfolio.
Or click “Add activities” at the bottom right and select “File import (PDF/CSV)”.
Which documents are supported?
Order statements and trade confirmations “Kauf” (buy), “Bezug” (subscription), and “Kauf Zeichnung” (new issue subscription) (as buys)
Order statements and trade confirmations “Verkauf” (sell), including sales of subscription rights and sales from corporate actions (as sells)
Redemptions, for example at maturity (as sells)
Dividend credits, income credits, and interest credits (as dividends)
Accrued interest when buying or selling bonds (as a separate dividend)
Dividend and income credits without capital income, Vorabpauschale statements, and income accumulation statements (Parqet books the tax as costs)
Brokerage account transfers and rebookings “Eingang” (incoming) as well as deliveries in (as transfers in)
Brokerage account transfers and rebookings “Ausgang” (outgoing) (as transfers out)
Exchanges “Eingang” and “Ausgang” (as transfers in and transfers out)
Stock dividends and bonus shares (as transfers in)
Transfers in of subscription rights, entitlements, and capitalization shares (as transfers in) and their removal (as transfers out)
Spin-offs (as a transfer in of the new shares)
Stock splits (Parqet adjusts the holding’s number of shares)
Worthless write-offs due to missing instructions (as a sell at a price of 0)
Cancellations of buys, sells, dividends, transfers in, and transfers out (Parqet cancels the matching activity)
Not imported: order confirmations, information on corporate actions, payment orders, account statements, interest information, tax vouchers without a dividend or income, bookings of technical rights from scrip dividends, contract documents (terms and conditions, price and service schedule), and gold transfers.
At Consorsbank, brokerage account transfers usually don’t include an entry price (your price per share, excluding fees). Parqet then books them in at the price on the booking date. Adjust the entry price of the transfer in if it differs.
Consorsbank: PDFs from the Consorsbank app
The import can’t read PDFs that you download in the Consorsbank app (mobile order archive). The cause is a bug in the Consorsbank app: It makes the files unreadable.
Download the same documents in your browser on the Consorsbank website. You can import these files as usual.
The bug doesn’t affect Consorsbank Autosync. You’ll find details in the article Consorsbank Autosync.
If a document isn’t recognized, send us 1–2 anonymized PDFs via our contact form (topic “Data Import: PDF/CSV/Manual”).
