Parqet reads Commerzbank buy, sell, and dividend statements as PDFs.
How to download the documents
Open the “Postfach” (inbox) from the main page of your Commerzbank online banking. There are two documents for each activity there.
For each buy, download the “Wertpapierkauf” (securities purchase) statement. For each sell, download the “Wertpapierverkauf” (securities sale) statement.
For income, download the “Steuerliche Behandlung” (tax treatment) file. Only this file contains the taxes. You don’t need the credit note.
How to import the documents
Drag and drop the file into your portfolio.
Or click “Add activities” at the bottom right and select “File import (PDF/CSV)”.
Which documents are supported?
“Wertpapierkauf” statements, including from savings plans: buy.
“Wertpapierverkauf” statements: sell.
Credit notes for securities income due (“Ertragsgutschrift”, “Dividendengutschrift”): dividend.
“Steuerliche Behandlung: Ausländische Dividende” (foreign dividend) and “Steuerliche Behandlung: Ausländische Investment-Ausschüttung” (foreign fund distribution): dividend with taxes.
Transaction overview: buys as buys, sells as sells, distributions as dividends.
If you import both files for one income payment, Parqet holds back the second dividend as “Activity already exists”. Don’t import it anyway, or the dividend will appear twice in your portfolio. If you imported the credit note first, the dividend is missing the taxes. Add them to the activity afterward.
Not imported: documents with transaction details, and transfers in and transfers out in the transaction overview.
Parqet doesn’t recognize statements for the Commerzbank share (WKN CBK100).
Taxes from sell statements aren’t imported.
If a document isn’t recognized, send us 1–2 anonymized PDFs via our contact form (topic “Data Import: PDF/CSV/Manual”).
