Parqet recognizes PDF documents from FIL Fondsbank (FFB), for example for Fidelity direct investors. You can drag and drop them into your portfolio.
How to download the documents
Log in to Fidelity.
Click “Postfach” (inbox).
Download the fund statements and distribution notices from your inbox. In the inbox, they’re called “Fondsabrechnung” (fund statement) and “Ausschuettungsmitteilung” (distribution notice).
If you get a ZIP archive, unzip it before importing.
How to import the documents
Drag and drop the PDF files into your Parqet portfolio.
Or click “Add activities” at the bottom right and select “File import (PDF/CSV)”.
Which documents are supported?
Fund statements for buys, including savings plans and split purchases (as “Buy”)
Fund statements for sells (as “Sell”)
Fund statements for a fund switch: “Verkauf aus Tausch” (sell from switch) (as “Sell”) and “Kauf aus Tausch” (buy from switch) (as “Buy”)
Cancellation of a buy (as “Sell”)
Reinvested distributions (as “Buy”)
Fee debits: sale of shares to pay fees (as “Sell”; the proceeds count as a fee)
Distribution notices, often called “Ausschuettungsmitteilung” in the inbox (as “Dividend”)
There’s no transaction list with all transactions for FIL Fondsbank like the one at FNZ Bank (formerly ebase). FNZ Bank is a different bank with its own import.
If a document isn’t recognized, send us 1–2 anonymized PDFs via our contact form (topic “Data Import: PDF/CSV/Manual”).
