How to import the documents

Drag and drop the PDF files into your Parqet portfolio.

Alternatively, click “Add activities” at the bottom right and select “File import (PDF/CSV)”.

Which documents are supported?

  • “Kauf” (buy) and “Verkauf” (sell) trade confirmations (as buys and sells).

  • Statements for buying and selling crypto assets (as buys and sells).

  • Distributions, fund distributions, and dividend statements (as dividends). Parqet books a canceled distribution as a dividend with a negative amount.

  • Periodic account statements for the EUR account: buys, sells, and distributions (as buys, sells, and dividends).

  • Account closing statements for the EUR account: credit interest (as interest in the cash holding).

  • Vorabpauschale statements with tax deducted (as taxes on the holding).

IMPORTANT: For the same period, import either the periodic account statements or the individual statements, not both. The individual statements also include fees and taxes.

Not imported: account closing statements without credit interest, Vorabpauschale statements without tax, and brokerage account transfers (incoming and outgoing deliveries). Enter brokerage account transfers manually as a transfer in or transfer out.

Fees and taxes from the periodic account statement aren’t imported.

If a document isn’t recognized, send us 1–2 anonymized PDFs via our contact form (topic “Data Import: PDF/CSV/Manual”).
