How to download the documents

  1. Open the trade confirmations in your Erste Bank brokerage account.

  2. Download the PDF statements.

How to import the documents

  1. Drag and drop the file into your portfolio.

  2. Or click “Add activities” at the bottom right and select “File import (PDF/CSV)”.

Which documents are supported?

  • Buy statements in the current format (“Kauf Marktplatz”): buy. Several orders in one PDF are imported individually.

  • Sell statements in the current format (“Verkauf Marktplatz”): sell. Several orders in one PDF are imported individually.

  • Buy statements in the older format (“Kauf Marktplatz vom …” or “Kauf aus Wertpapierliste vom …”): buy.

  • Distributions and quarterly dividends in the older format: dividend.

  • Income and redemption statements in the current format: dividend.

In the older format, taxes on buys aren’t imported.
