Vanguard Invest Direkt PDF import

How to download the trade confirmations from Vanguard Invest Direkt and import them into Parqet.

Parqet reads the PDF trade confirmations from Vanguard Invest Direkt and imports buys, sells, and distributions as activities.

How to download the documents

  1. Log in to Vanguard Invest Direkt.

  2. Click “Postfach” (inbox) at the top right.

  3. Click a message with the subject “Ihr Bericht ist da” (your report is ready).

  4. Click the attachment “Wertpapierabrechnung.pdf” to download it.

How to import the documents

  1. Drag and drop the PDF files into your Parqet portfolio.

  2. Or click “Add activities” at the bottom right and select “File import (PDF/CSV)”.

Which documents are supported?

  • Trade confirmations for buys (as a buy)

  • Trade confirmations for sells (as a sell)

  • Distributions and original distributions (as a dividend)

Not imported: portfolio reports.
